MEETING MINUTES NOV.7TH,2012

Prez E-Ben called the meeting to order at 19:29 hrs.

In attendance were: E-Ben G., Troy B., Brian P., Jerry J., Doug R., Ed C., Micheal P., Lee H., Jim H..

Secretary's Report - Posted online and approved.

Treasurer's Report - $2001.76 in checking, $504.17 in Savings.

Committees Report -

     Current Events - M.A.U.L. pantry can drive Nov. 17th in Milw.

                              - Fur Flee Hosted by North Country Bears MN in Superior 2/28 - 3/2

                                Registration is $50 Nov., $60 Dec., $70 Jan., $80 Feb..

                                Several BC4M Members are planning on attending.

Old Business -

     PJ/Underbear Party at PJ's in Osh. WI Oct 13th

     Proud Showing of members, great food,great prizes, great spirit!

     Raised $220 total - $35 from Pudding shots, $37 from Beer Bust, $148 from Raffle!

New Business -

     A. Very Bear Thanksgiving: Iola With Dan & Brian Hosting

          Arrangements made and set for Nov 17th at 2pm.

     B. It's a Bear Chrisatmas: Rascals 9pm with all the usual set ups.

     C. Bear Banquet: Main Event, Little Chute Jan. 26th 5pm Cost $25 per person. With Gift Swap.

     D. E-board nominations: 1yr Prez: E-Ben G. & Troy B.

          2yr VP: Brian P. & Troy B.

          2yr Treas. : Jerry J. & Brian P.

         Elections at Dec. Meeting

     E. Dues for 2013 are due now! Cost $12 single, $18 Den.

     F. Website Renewed for another year at a cost of $152.00

     G. ARCW Pantry donation of $300.00.

     H. Spectrum meets at Harmony Cafe on Dec 1st.

Bear Club 4 Men Minutes from the Oct 3rd ,2012 Meeting Prez  E-Ben called the meeting to Order at 1930 hrs held at Napolese Lounge, Green Bay, WI In attendance were: EBen G., Doug R., Ed C., Jerry J., Jim H.  The Agenda was distributed;  last meeting’s Minutes are pending. SECRETARY REPORT: suspended TREASURER’S REPORT: officer was not in attendance; no report rendered to Prez.; suspended till next meeting. COMMITTEE’S REPORT: A.       Current Events: M.A.U.L.  (lull, no news), North Country Bears (Fur Flee in March, collars $50 now), BrewCityBears (inactive, assoc with Girth&Mirth), reat Lakes Bears (BearPride Memorial Weekend) B.      Recruitments: Ad Hoc brain-storming session came up with nothing last April OLD BUSINESS: A.  Membership enticements B. LGBTA Partnership Banquet-E~Ben: a tropical theme,  made good cash and outreach C.
